Chad Bernard dreamed of owning his own power line construction company. He had the knowledge and the enthusiasm,
but lacked the equipment that was necessary. He almost exhausted all possibilities when he and his brother, along
with two long-time friends, became partners and established Echo Powerline.
Our company has over 40 years of combined experience in the electrical industry.
